.DDO CRAFTING SUMMARY:

1.   Collect Raw Ingredients from the Vale Wilderness and Five Vale Quests. Each Quest will drop 1 out of 2 possible raw ingredients in the end chest and also a piece of the Shavarath Stone. The Vale wilderness rare encounter chests also sometimes drop raw ingredients. When you have all five Shavarth Stone fragments , u can merge them together to form a completed Shavarath Stone and be Shroud Raid Ready.

2.    When You have enough Raw Ingredients and a Complete Shavarath Stone you can start crafting a

3.    The Shroud Raid contains 5 Zones. There are 3 altars in the shroud. The Altar of Invasion, Subjugation and Devastation. You can upgrade your Greensteel item at the three altars in the Shroud Raid after zone 1 , 3, 5 respectively. Each Greensteel item can receive 3 upgrades, one at each altar. To upgrade an item you need 3 mixed ingredients. Each mixed ingredient is made from raw ingredients. The raw ingredients found in the shroud raid are:

Making Mixed Ingredients from Raw Ingredients

4.    Upgrade one uses a Shard of Power + Low Energy Cell + 3 (Tier 2) small mixed ingredients to create an Imbued Shard of power.
4a. Upgrade two uses a Shard of Great Power + Medium Energy Cell + 3 (Tier 2) Medium mixed ingredients to create an Imbued Shard of Great Power.
4b. Upgrade three uses a Shard of Supreme Power + High Energy Cell + 3 (Tier 2) Large mixed ingredients to create an Imbued Shard of Supreme Power (or a Combined Shard of Supreme Power for Quasi/Para upgrades or a Special Recipe for Special upgrades.)
5.    To Place the Imbued Shard of Power onto the Greensteel item , put both on the appropriate altar with an appropriate energy cell and mix.
6.    Following the Charts supplied the crafted item will receive the powers listed and the powers stack (except Regeneration).

CLEANSING THE GREENSTEEL CRAFTED ITEM: -Removing the Taint of Shavarath

In order to remove the Taint of Shavarath, you must combine your tainted item with an essence of cleansing in the final Eldritch Device within the Shroud. You Receive an essence of cleansing as an end reward choice every 20th completion.
